Return and Exchange

At Yehdaikho, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. Our Return and Exchange Policy is designed to be fair, clear, and to protect the interests of both our customers and our business.

Returns

No-Return Policy:
Yehdaikho maintains a strict no-return policy on all products unless there is a manufacturing defect. We take great care to inspect every item before dispatch to ensure that your purchase arrives in perfect condition. If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer service team immediately.

Exchanges

In-Store Exchange:
Products purchased from Yehdaikho, whether online or in-store, may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase under the following conditions:

  • Condition of Item: The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Our representatives will inspect the item, and their decision will be final if the item's condition is not deemed as new.

  • Proof of Purchase: The original receipt or proof of purchase must be presented and surrendered at the time of exchange.

  • Equivalent Value: The exchange must be done for an item of equivalent or higher value in a single transaction. If the new item is of higher value, the difference must be paid. No refunds or credit notes will be issued if the exchange is made for an item of lesser value.

  • One-Time Exchange: An item can only be exchanged once. Subsequent requests for exchange of the same item will not be entertained.

  • Exclusions: Sale items, discounted items, or items purchased during a promotion cannot be exchanged.

Online Exchange:

Items purchased online from https://yehdaikho.com can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility Confirmation:
Before returning the item, please contact our customer service team via email at 1adeelk@gmail.com or call us at +92 300 9280991 with the following details:

  • Your order reference number
  • Reason for the exchange
  • The product code(s) of the item(s) you wish to receive in exchange

Our customer service representative will confirm your eligibility for exchange and provide you with an Exchange Reference number. Please note that the item will be subject to inspection upon receipt at Yehdaikho.

2. Shipping the Item:
Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all tags and the original receipt. Ship the item, along with the Exchange Reference number, to the following address:

Please use a reputable courier service as Yehdaikho is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Shipping costs for returning the item to us and for sending the exchanged item to you will be borne by the customer.

3. Inspection and Dispatch:
Once we receive the item, it will be inspected to ensure it is in new condition. After approval, we will process the exchange and notify you of the dispatch of the replacement item. If the new item is of higher value, you will need to pay the price difference along with additional shipping charges.

Important Notes

  • Time Frame: Exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of purchase (in-store) or delivery (online).

  • Inspection: All items returned for exchange are subject to inspection. Items that do not meet the criteria will be sent back to the customer.

  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to exchanges unless the item received was defective.

  • Final Sale: Sale, discounted, or promotional items are final and are not eligible for exchange.
