Placing an Order

After this period, changes may not be possible as your order may have already been processed.

4. Order Cancellations:

• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement without any penalty. After this window, cancellations will only be possible if the order has not yet been dispatched.

Payment Methods

1. Cash on Delivery (COD):

• COD is available across Pakistan. You can pay for your order in cash when it is delivered to your doorstep.
• Please ensure you have the exact amount ready, as our delivery personnel may not carry change.
• COD orders are subject to a verification call or message. If we are unable to verify the order within 24 hours, it may be canceled.

2. Advance Payment (Optional):

• Although we primarily operate on a COD basis, we also offer an optional advance payment method for your convenience.
• Payment Methods Available for Advance Payment:
  • Bank Transfer: Transfer the payment directly to our bank account. Details will be provided at checkout.
  • Mobile Wallets (e.g., Easypaisa, JazzCash): Transfer the payment to our designated mobile wallet number provided during checkout.

Shipping Policy

• We ship across Pakistan. Currently, international shipping is not available.
• Delivery is available to all major cities and towns, with service to remote areas subject to courier availability.

• Lost or Damaged Packages: Yehdaikho is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit, but we will help you file a claim with the courier. Report any issues within 48 hours of receiving the package.

6. Delivery Address:

• It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete delivery information. If a package is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.

• Holiday Shipping: Please be aware that during holidays and peak shopping seasons, delivery times may be extended. We recommend placing orders early to avoid delays.

• Out-of-Stock Items: If an item is out of stock after your order is placed, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a refund or the option to choose an alternative product.

• Customs and Duties: Since we currently ship only within Pakistan, there are no customs or duties applicable.
